The railings act as a boundary between the Usual Place Cafe and the Catherine Street Inclusive Playpark. Both places are fully inclusive for people of all abilities and the railings and gate now give direct access to the park from the cafe replacing a wall which was previously there. The railings and gate span 23 metres and there are additional double gates at the other end of the park. The design was developed through consultation and an art workshop with families with children on the autistic spectrum.
