This piece was commissioned by the SANDS charity to act as a screen for parents sitting and contemplating. This was the first new memorial garden for unborn babies in Scotland and is sited within the New Dumbarton Cemetery. The screen is made up of flowers and plants which butterflies and caterpillars feed off. In many cultures the butterfly symbolises the soul of the unborn child. A handrail was also installed on the steps leading up to the screen.
